Rodent infestation. The inspector found a dead mouse on a trap under shelves where dishes are stored, and 275-300 droppings on the floor throughout the kitchen and on shelves in a storage room. There were two other critical violations: There was slime in the ice machine and on soda nozzles, and two cans of food were severely dented.
