Had a greggs festive bake this afternoon around 3pm by 6/7pm nausea now vomiting and sat on toilet if it isn’t one it’s the other feel so bad and it’s the only thing I’ve ate aswell | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
