This morning I bought stake bake at Greggs near Margaret Road petrol station. I am vomiting and feeling weak with pain in my stomach. I can not believe I got this illness its making me worst having thought Ive been food poison and constantly going to the toilet . The food was half warm the service is very slow and this got me worried that staff is not manage correctly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
