Wednesday 8th April Greggs chicken bake. The chicken bake was lukewarm at best and had a mild cheese taste, congealed cream. It was about 3pm so probably been sat there all day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
