I purchased ground beef patties at Aldi on 9/29/23. On 9/30/23 I had really bad stomach cramps with bloody diarrhea. I was sick all day on 9/30/23-10/1/23. (Today) I feel nauseous with stomach cramps and I had to call off on my job. My boyfriend also ate the ground beef and is experiencing the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool
