High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Upon inspection observed approximately 5 roach casing along wall next to walk in freezer kitchen. **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Produced Walk in cooler- tomatoes 48f, lettuce 49f.
