Every time I eat a pizza with the regular pizza marinara sause it instantly gives me heart burn and sick for 24 hours. I thought it was just a fluke, but this is the third time. It doesn't happen with the stick sause or Alfredo sauses. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
