My husband and I ate at Gwacamole Restaurant on West Irving Park Road in Chicago on May 6 around noon. Within hours, we both began experiencing severe diarrhea, nausea, stomach upset, and a headache. The symptoms continued into the next day and were significant enough that I believe it may have been food poisoning.
