I ate a no sugar added apple pie, afterwards I got horrible chills and felt cold even with a heating pad. I had Crushing chest pain, and had to go to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. Two days later, my coworkers boyfriend ate the same brand apple pie from a different heb. He then got the same symptoms i did. I talked to a manager from there yesterday and let them know as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Chest Pain
