Purchased chicken thighs 2/20/26 and became violently ill almost immediately after eating had a infection and swollen inflamed lymph node trying to fight infection have had three doctor visits an ultrasound and steroid treatment HEB on 6000 West ave 78213 almost killed me with their negligence and total disregard for customer safety. Please for others safety don't let them do this to the loyal innocent customers | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
