Frozen Pizza Illness Report - H-E-B, Austin Texas

5 years ago reported by user-wpbt6682 business

H-E-B, 6001 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727, USA

6001 West Parmer Lane, Austin, 78727 Texas, United States

On the night of Friday, March 13, 2018 I bought two UNO's deep-dish sausage frozen pizzas there. I heated one according to the directions on the packaging (kept) and ate half of it (unconsumed portion kept in case it's needed for testing). Four hours later (2:00 a.m.) I experienced diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, mild fever and mild headache. Ten hours later (12:00pm), the episode repeated. I stayed in bed Saturday and Sunday, drank only water, and only went out Sunday afternoon to pick-up aspirin and Pepto-Bismol. My appetite didn't return until Monday morning. Otherwise feeling back to normal as I write. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Loss of Appetite
