UPDATE: Went to the ER yesterday and was diagnosed with gastritis. Bought their premade Shrimp Scampi 2 days ago. About 4~6 hours later, I started vomiting anything I ate or drank. From that night until today, I haven’t been able to keep liquids or solids down and will most likely go to the ER today. Followed oven instructions to a T. Possibly left food a few minutes longer in the oven. Tasted, smelled, and looked fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
