October twenty seventh Ground beef from HEB grocery store Food poisoning from ground beef bought from HEB Sunday got my entire family extremely sick. Made tacos for my family. All 4 if us got extremely sick. My husband and son vomited so much they both ended up in ER Monday. My son vomited blood. Testing results at ER confirmed that they both had bacteria and was food poisoning. I had similar symptoms but was able to control most vomiting and ended up with unbearable, excruciating abdominal pain. I had blood in my stool. My daughter is now getting the same exact symptoms this morning. She ate less so started symptoms later. Please provide us legal advice.
