After eating HEB Rocky Road ice cream on 2 different occasions, 5 days apart I had the same reaction. Within 20 minutes, raising heart, heavy breathing, diarrhea, extreme fatigue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue
