Prime Roast Illness Returns - H-E-B, Waco Texas

12 hours ago reported by user-hbdr4396 business

H-E-B, Wooded Acres Drive, Waco, TX, USA

I went in and bought a prime roast. Took it home and refrigerated it. Cooked it the next day by searing it and then putting it in a slow cooker on low for 8 1/2 hours. Maybe an hour or so after consuming it I start feeling sick. No fever. Did not eat anything after. Started throwing up several hours later and am now stuck in bed with a lined trash can next to me as it keeps coming up. I've had this problem the last time I bought a "prime" chuck roast from HEB but thought it was coincidence. I usually get the grass fed or natural roast. Thought this was more cost effective. Not worth it. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever
