We bought pork belly on sale and bought three packages. We went home and roasted them for 4 hours with high heat in the oven so I am sure they weren’t undercooked. We ate them for dinner and we all woke up feeling very sick in the middle of the night and start throwing up endlessly. We are still suffering after 9 hours! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
