I consumed a pint of the Hagen Daaz chocolate ice cream before bed. Immediately felt unwell. Nauseous, hot, sweaty, felt like food was stuck in my throat. That maybe indigestion. Started at 11:40 pm and I’m still awake at 4:40am. Try to sleep a little. But, can’t sleep long without waking up to upset stomach and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Indigestion, Hotel/Motel
