My husband (61) had chicken with potatoes and felt mild nausea during a stopover in Doha, which became stronger and had to vomit several times on the connecting flight from Doha to Frankfurt. I (60) had beef with rice and everything was ok with me. The other dishes, salad, dessert, were the same and did not cause any problems. That's why I think it was the chicken.
