My husband (61) had chicken with potatoes and felt slight nausea during the stopover in Doha, which became stronger and he had to vomit several times on the connecting flight from Doha to Frankfurt. I (60) had beef with rice and everything was ok with me. The other dishes, salad, dessert, were the same for us and caused no problems. Therefore I think it was the chicken.
