Intense Cramps After Burger - McDonald's,

A few hours after ingestion of the burger, I started to have intense abdominal cramps, with hot flashes and dizziness, I ended up vomiting ++, I felt bad I had chills, I was pale and I had aches, so I took my temperature, I was at 38. At night I was woken up by abdominal cramps. The next day I still got fever to 38.2, no vomiting, no diarrhea but still abdominal cramps and I was very tired  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue
