I got a double cheeseburger from McDonald's, it was close to closing time so they must have given me a burger which has been sitting out for a while. I couldn't eat all of it because it didn't taste or smell right. About 2 hours after eating it I was throwing up. Due to where I work, which is with food, I can't go to work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
