We think it was NY sirloin steak Approximately 3-4 hours after eating the steak 3 people were sick,2 people only had diarrhea 2-3 times then just nausea for the day. The person who ate the most steak had horrible cramps,nausea then projectile vomiting,headache and diarrhea for almost 24 hours. It happened on Sunday January 30,2022, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
