On 31st Dec 2024. We total 16pax of family members visited Hanoi 9 SPA KSL Level 6 at around 5.30pm. The staffs keep asked us to join member. Me & my elder sis joined member & paid RM3000. (RM2000+RM1000 member) I ate dim sum lunch at long sheng JB. My elder sis ate curry noodles nearby Dato Onn. We ate different food in morning & afternoon. Only the same food we ate was the buffet serve at Hanoi 9 SPA KSL level 6. After massage, we ate the dinner there around 8-9pm. We left the Hanoi 9 SPA and went back to my sis house at Dato Onn around 11pm+ and we play fire crackers celebrate new year countdown. Me, my husband, 2brothers, sister in law & my 2children total 8pax went back to Singapore around 1.30am and we reach home around 2.30-3am. We never eat anything after left Hanoi 9 SPA KSL . Me, my daughter, my sister, my brothers total 6 of us started diarrhea, & vomitting in early morning around 6am. I diarrhea from 6am - after 5pm. I went to see doctor at 3pm+. Doctor certified that I have diagnosis with food poisoning and MC for next day!! Me & my sis feedback in kind to Hanoi 9SPA so that they can improve in future. We never asked for any compensation but their replied to us very rude and not even want to listen us ! What A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! AND PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HANOI 9 SPA at KSL level 6 !!
