Hoa Mai in Harmon, which failed an inspection on May 9, remains closed after not passing an assessment June 1, inspection results state.

The restaurant was closed after a complaint about cockroaches was confirmed by inspectors, news files state. According to results, several violations were observed on June 1 including no consumer advisory provided for undercooked items, food in walk-in chiller not in original container and not labeled, outer openings around the front and back exit doors and outside trash receptacle kept opened and hand bent lids.
