Ordered the Chicken Mac N Cheese and a side Caesar salad. About 6 ish hours after leaving the restaurant I got super bloated, nauseous, and had diarrhea. About an hour after that threw up all my food. Huge mess. Tried drinking water after that but ended up puking that back up too. Diarrhea throughout the day. Felt much better a little over 24 hours later after hydrating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
