I got the new burger. #1 on the menu combo diet coke. 2 hours later I was feeling flushed and just in general very crapy. Woke up at 3 am with intestinal cramps so bad i thought my apendex burst. Went to the bathroom in cold sweats and massive pain. Blacked out, fell back hit the wall and then floor. Busted my elbow (bleeding) Woke up a few minutes later. went to tell wife something is very wrong. passed out on floor again. woke up a few minutes later to her asking if I needed 911. freaked her out as you can imagine. Then I had to run to the bathroom where I commenced with massive diarrhea. It was very scary and i thought i was going to die. yes it was that bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Sweating
