11yr old male, ordered five piece hand breaded chicken nuggets, he consumed only two before he said they taste bad and did not finish the rest ( strange for him). Food was not shared with anyone else in the family.
Consumed at 1130am on Nov 24th, vomiting started at 0430 on Nov 25th(15 hours later). | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
