Blue Heron Service Plaza. Had a famous star with cheese and fries around 8pm last night. My boyfriend had chicken tenders and he feels fine. I’ve had the worst case of diarrhea I’ve ever had with onset around 3-4am. It’s 7am and I still feel awful.

11yr old male, ordered five piece hand breaded chicken nuggets, he consumed only two before he said they taste bad and did not finish the rest ( strange for him). Food was not shared with anyone else in the family.

Milkshake Causes Severe Illness

Had Big Ham and Cheese and Jolly Rancher milkshake for lunch around 12 noon. Nothing else that day except bottled water. 1/2 way through milkshake slight nausea so stopped drinking milkshake. Two hours later, developed severe nausea and vomiting with abdominal cramping. This progressed to severe diarrhea…
