Ate here on for lunch on Thursday August 12th, fever/nausea happened that same night, the next day was diarrhea every hour for 36 hours. This led to severe dehydration. On Saturday August 14th I began vomiting several times which led to my loss of consciousness and a costly emergency room visit. I ordered a number 1 with fries, no drink. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration
