Bought chicken salad from the deli at Harps tonight. Love love love their chicken salad. Always buy it without any problems. Tonight the chicken salad looked as if it had set in the deli chest a little longer than usual and u could tell because it hadn't been stirred. Purchased it around 6:30 pm. Came home and ate almost all of it on club crackers but a few bites. At 9:45 I started having severe abdominal pains that literally had me crunched over. No one home to help. Eyes red from pain. Then felt as if I was going to have diarrhea and vomiting at same time, and cold chills. As I write this, I have severe diarrhea and am glued to toilet, an am nauseated. Can't move. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
