I opened the can of Sirloin Burger with Country Vegetables and it looked off from the typical look I know, thicker more red sauce. I started to eat it and the taste was off but more so the little burgers were harder and old when eating them. Less than halfway through I decided I should not finish it. About 30 minutes later I felt terrible, had gas pains and was on the toilet several times for an hour. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
