Eating Lucky Charms and Honey Nut Cheerios. My son went through 2 days of diarrhea and vomiting about 2 weeks ago after eating Lucky Charms and myself just went through the same thing yesterday and today after eating Honey Nut Cheerios. Not sure if they are related but I do know both cereals are produced by General Mills | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
