After 4 hours of consuming the chicken, rice, and pineapple I became very sick to my stomach and nauseous. 7 hours after consuming their food I projectile vomited. No other food was ingested, only small sips of water after consuming their food. I am feeling better after vomiting, but generally still feeling a bit unwell but recovering. I do not have any other illnesses associated with this occurrence. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
