CAN I RATE A 0?Ordered a cheeseburger at 1:30pm on 5/4/2019.
Felt Nauseous by 4pm.
Went for walk around 7pm to try to feel better.
Tried to eat a little bite but felt awful and extremely hot and just wanted to go to my hotel.
As I was walking back to my hotel around 9pm, I passed out on sidewalk face first. I was knocked out for a bit and then passed out an additional time when tried to sit up. Ambulance came and I decided against a hospital visit. With a cut over left eye and bridge of nose and a concussion, I continued to walk to my hotel and wife taped eye slit closed. At 1:00 am, I vomited extremely aggressively and the next 24 hours included a doctor visit to my hotel to treat for dehydration and other symptoms from food poisoning. The fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy lasted until 2am 5/5/2019. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
