After midnight around 1 am or so early morning 12/7/23 Thursday. For hours vomiting then both at the same time. The only thing different was the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Southwest chicken. Just that in the last 2 days that was the only different thing I ate so that can mean only one food the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Southwest chicken! I felt fine and a few hours later I went to bed. I was suddenly awakened with regeneration and my throat was burning with stomach acid. Then I ran to the bathroom vomiting and vomiting. Lying down in bed and the vomiting again and again. Lying down and I barely made it to the bathroom with more vomiting and diarrhea again and again. Throwing up in the bathroom trash can and diarrhea on the toilet both ends. Lying down and it stopped. Still feeling nauseous, headache, body ache no fever. Waiting to hear back from my doctor but I spoke with the nurse.. I have my Winn Dixie receipt dated 12/4/23 10:13 am 0710 092 15 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Body Ache
