- comments: 6-501. 114--instructed to detail clean and organize pre-k clasroom/storage closets #101,#112 and #114 and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate kept items at least 6" inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation #38 not corrected from inspection report#2612421 dated:02/20/2025 continued to observe evidence of pest activity on the premises;approximately 45 rodent mice droppings in the following eat-in prek-classrooms: classroom #101 inside cluttered small closet,classroom #112 inside cluttered small closet on the floors at the corners and behind storage shelfs and small furniture and storage cabinets also, classroom #114 on the floors underneath the curtain partitions/storage cabinets and behind the blue sleeping cots,students coat storage lockers and on the book shelfs in between the board games etc. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize remove cluttered conditions and remove all rodent mice droppings from all affected areas. Engineer was made aware at this time. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity and maintain. Priority violation 7-42-090.
