Additional information: It was a burger and potato wedges from Hello Fresh, the meal subscription company. I have used them on and off for a while without problems until about a month ago when I began selecting meals with ground beef. Since then I have been sick 3 times, this is only the latest episode of illness. At first I thought it was norovirus until I realized I had been sick ever since getting their meals with ground beef.
