Received our first hello fresh box, prepared the barbecue meatballs, potatoes and spinach salad. My husband, 2 year old son and I all started vomiting/diarrhea about 4 hrs after. Horrible. Will never buy from there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
