Pho Illness: Severe Cramps - Hello Vietnam Pho&Roll, Peoria Arizona

Fho soup. The morning after we ate my wife got violently sick all day. Severe cramping, and couldn't hold anything down. Around 3am that morning is when I had powerful cramping and then proceeded to ,sorry (but pee) more than I ever had in my life, followed by wave after wave of more cramping and coming out both ends. We are still messed up from this. GOODBYE VIETNAM!!!
September 4th and 5th | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
