Got sick Saturday 6 Jan 2023 - admitted to hospital on Sun 7 Jan. I’d only been eating (first order from) Hello Fresh meals - chicken noodle and Sea Bass. I have a rare neurological disease and this illness has exacerbated my symptoms. I have been hospitalised since Sunday 7 Jan, IV antibiotics, CT scan, - due to be discharged today. I feel completely wiped out by this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Dehydration
