Cockroach infestation. The inspector found a live roach at the handwashing sink, several live roaches on a glue trap and a dead roach under the cooler at the sandwich-making station. There were also some old rodent droppings in a storage room. Among other violations, the water had been turned off at the handwashing sink because of a leak. The meat market and retail store each received grades of 94/A and were not affected by the closure.
