I ate a 90g bar of hersheys cookies and cream chocolate. I do not have a sensitive stomach or IBS or and never had this before but 30/40 mins after eating I have stomach pain that’s making me have to lie down in order to not be doubled over from the pain standing. Feels like muscle strain but isn’t, also have bloating. | Symptoms: Bloating, Stomach Pain
