Yesterday evening at about 8:00 pm, I had two slices of pizza from hideaway OKC western. I woke up at 3:30 in pain. I had severe diarrhea for hours! Had to call in sick. Still at 2:00 next day I can’t eat and now I can’t poop only bloody mucus. Still have severe cramps Above It was in a white box I hadn’t seen before | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea
