Yesterday evening at about 8:00 pm, I had two slices of pizza from hideaway OKC western. I woke up at 3:30 in pain. I had severe diarrhea for hours! Had to call in sick. Still at 2:00 next day I can’t eat and now I can’t poop…

Pizza Night; Food Poisoning

Went to there Sunday night with some family order a bacon, Canadian bacon, and sausage pizza. Around 1-3am I was puking and using the restroom all night went to the hospital the next day and was diagnosed with food poisoning.
