Ate the panini around 5pm on march 7th 2017. Drive home to strathmore (about 50 minutes). I felt sick by the time I got home, took a 45 minute nap. 15 minutes later I vomited and continued to vomit throughout the night as well as watery diarrhea. Felt feverish all night. Feeling slightly better with no vomiting or diarrhea by morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
