- comments: 6-501. 111 observed live rodent activity inside of the building in the auditorium. Observed about 25 rodent droppings in the closet and various areas of preschool rooms 110 & 112. Also observed were about 10 rodent droppings on the pipes located under the hand washing sink and 3-compartment sink in the food prep area. Observed about 10 rodent droppings between the wall and the stove in the food prep area. Instructed to eliminate live rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority violation 7-38-020(a).
