Ate egg omelet at 10 am . 1:30 am vomiting, fever, cramping, diarrhea and nausea. Very weak. Almost fainted so I layer on the floor in motel for 20 minutes. Have been in bed for two days dehydrated but drinking Gatorade and vitamin fluids. Vomiting has ceased but very weak still and sleeping lots. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness
