Not sure  I got sick nobody else.  On Tuesday, I had eaten in n out for lunch, wasn’t hungry for dinner so I only ate a pitaya popsicle from there.  Wednesday I woke up with a terrible headache and nausea.  By that night, i had watery diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, as well as a terrible headache and a rash on my skin.  This continued Thursday, and I’m starting to feel a bit  better today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Skin Rash
