My raw chicken arrived at over 50° F. I have the common sense not to eat it, but I'm furious. There was a teeny bit of soft foam insulation and ONE cold pack placed UNDER the food, which was mostly melted. Things felt warm, so I measured with a very sensitive food thermometer.
