Not sure Developed stomach pain one hour after eating home cooked pasta. Now I can’t keep anything down for two days (vomiting). Have stomach pain, headache, fatigue. It happened July 1, 2021. I got the dry pasta here. The component was frozen meatballs that I accidentally overcooked til they were hard. I ate them anyway. I have been in the hospital for three days. The intestinal blockage has cleared and I might go home today. The other component was frozen meatballs. I used Prego sauce. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
