Additional information: This was a company hosted luncheon at HomeGoods Tinley Park,IL catered by Olive Garden. I ate the chicken Parmesan and Fettuccine Alfredo with salad and a bread stick at my job’s luncheon in Tinley Park, IL. I immediately got urgent, explosive diarrhea which lasted for 3 days and had to miss work. At least half a dozen of my coworkers also got sick. We all had salad. I don’t know which location the food came from. Whichever is closest to Tinley, I assume. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
